Withdrawal fees for KNC and USDT increased

We recently made a temporary increase to our KNC and USDT withdrawal fees to reflect the rising costs of ERC-20 tokens' transactions.

The Kyber Network (KNC) withdrawal fee at Bitstamp is now 4 KNC per withdrawal.

The Tether (USDT) withdrawal fee at Bitstamp is now 7 USDT per withdrawal.
