IMPORTANT: Missing reference numbers delay deposits

Dear Bitstamp clients,

Since yesterday November 19th, Bitstamp is receiving a lot of bank transfers with no reference number provided. In order to prevent this from disrupting our service, Bitstamp is manually processing all transfers.

To speed up the process Bitstamp is kindly asking those who are missing a deposit to please contact our support and provide us with your name, exact amount that was sent and reference number or client ID.
